On 9 October the website still showed last year's hands-on programs, so the 2026 program had not been announced.

What else is on in the first week of November?

Two more events open on Friday 6 November: a garden expo in Seogwipo and a pet festival in Jeju City.

The Korea Jeju Garden Culture Expo is held for the first time this year, around Barammoru Park (바람모루공원) in Jeju Innovation City.
Five Korea Garden Show gardens and 10 gardens made by residents were selected, and a garden market and a garden concert are planned.
On 9 October the visitor page of the official website still said it was being prepared, so the entrance fee and opening hours had not been announced.

The Jeju Pet Culture and Industry Festival is held around Halla Gymnasium (한라체육관) together with the Jeju Pet Fair.
Jeju Province said it would announce how to take part on its social media channels.
The Korea Forest Service also forecasts the 2026 foliage peak on Hallasan (한라산) for 6 November.

Can I see the yellowtail festival and the Citrus Expo on the same day?

Yes, but one festival a day is easier.
The two overlap for four days.
Moseulpo Port is in Daejeong-eup, west of downtown Seogwipo, and the Citrus Expo is in Namwon-eup, on the east side.
If you only have one day, go to the Citrus Expo first, because it closes at 17:00, and then move to Moseulpo for the evening stage.
